Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Please agree to the terms and conditions before making a purchase!  Our processing times are 1-14 business days depending on the customization of the product.  Business days are Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays.  We do ask for up to 3-4 more business days for additional processing times for any kind of sales.

We are closed every holiday.

Customer service hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Excluding holidays.

Please allow up to 24-48 business hours to receive a response.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns of customized products.  If you are dissatisfied with your product, we will ask you to return the item and we will inspect it.  We will notify you by email that we received the item back and if we are able to give a refund.  If a refund is made it will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
