Shipping policy

Please agree to the terms and conditions before making a purchase!  Our processing times are 1-14 business days depending on the customization of the product.  Business days are Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays.  We do ask for up to 3-4 more business days for additional processing times for any kind of sales.

Customer service hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.  Excluding holidays.

Please allow up to 24-48 business hours to receive a response.

If you are local to us within a 30 minute drive we will be happy to deliver the product to you!

First-Class Mail service is an affordable and easy way to send envelopes and lightweight packages.

Priority Mail, you'll get an estimated service of 1 day, 2 days or 3 days based on where you're shipping your package from and where it's being sent.

If you're wanting a rushed next day order, please select that in shipping when checking out.  First-class can take up to 5 days and Priority which is slightly more can will be 1-3 days.  Selecting a faster shipping option is not rushing the order.  If you are local and need a rush order please contact me so we can discuss delivery options.  We currently do not offer rush orders to be shipped.
